We are pleased to share some good news: to offer better value for our standard visits, we have lowered our daytime call-out fees. By keeping our rates accessible, we ensure you can get the expert help you need without delay. Your trust is our priority, and we remain dedicated to delivering premium workmanship at a fair, transparent price.

We’ve optimised our weekday scheduling to allow our team to cover more ground across the local area. By streamlining our Monday–Friday routes, we’ve reduced our overheads and are passing those savings directly to you with a lower £65.00 daytime rate.
For our Weekend and Evening (OOH) services, our rates remain competitive at £85.00 and £125.00 respectively. These rates ensure we can continue to provide a dedicated, rapid-response team for those urgent moments outside of standard office hours, giving you peace of mind 24/7.

When you book a call-out with us, you aren’t just paying for someone to show up—you are investing in a comprehensive service designed to save you time, money, and stress. To ensure you receive the highest level of service, our standard call-out fee is all-inclusive. This fee covers:
Diagnosis & Investigation: We don’t believe in "guesswork." Our technicians perform a deep-dive assessment to identify the true root cause of your issue. By getting the diagnosis right the first time, we prevent recurring problems and help you avoid unnecessary costs on "quick fixes" that don't last.
Minor Repairs: Our goal is to get your home back to normal as quickly as possible. If the issue can be resolved on-site using standard tools and without requiring additional parts, the labour is already included in your call-out fee. No hidden extra hourly charges!
Comprehensive Job Report: Documentation is key to maintaining your home's value and history. You will receive a summary of every finding and action taken. To ensure total clarity, we offer these reports:

Visual Proof: High-quality photos or video clips of the repair, so you can see exactly what was done—even in hard-to-reach places like lofts or under floors.
Travel Expenses: We believe in supporting our local community. That’s why the first 10 miles of every journey are on us. We keep our travel costs transparent so you only pay for the expertise you receive, with no surprise "travel surcharges" for local visits.

Disclaimer:
If major parts or extensive additional labour are required beyond the initial investigation, we will provide a transparent quote for your approval before proceeding. Parking fees are not included in the call-out fee. The call-out fee is still payable if our technician cannot gain access to the property during your scheduled time slot.
